How to share a "Fork this on GitHub" link

Now you can share your link with the world! If you have a project on GitHub that you want to share with the world, you may decide you would like to make it easy to let people fork your repo with a link.

Personally, I wrote a sitemap tutorial and built a small Laravel app accompanying it this week. I wanted to let people quickly fork the project with a link as well.

Here is all you have to do:

  • Add /fork to the end of the GitHub repo URL.

your-Repo-Url/fork

This will go to a page on GitHub where people can quickly fork your repo.

Now you can share your link with the world!
